Deposits
$400.00 non-refundable deposit upon booking. Final Invoices due on day of event
Menu Selection
Submitted at least six weeks in advance
Guest Guarantee
Life a Little Sweeter to be notified ten days prior to the function as to the number of guests to be served. We will prepare 5% above the guarantee in case you have extra guests: overage will be added to invoice
Dishware & Staff
Courteous, professional staff are provided for all events. Unless event venue provides use of dishware, glassware and cutlery event hosts are responsible for rental & pickup of dishware. Life a Little Sweeter can arrange rental of dishware, glassware & cutlery at an additional cost. If Life a Little Sweeter arranges rental all rental items, including wine glasses are removed from tables following dinner.
Head Table Skirting
Hostesses or private decorator must provide and skirt head table prior to caterer arrival
Linen & Napkins
All dinner packages include white linen tablecloths for all guest tables using a base of 8 guests per table. Additional linen required can be discussed through our office
Wine
If requested, we will place your wine bottles on the tables just prior to dinner - if corked wine, please arrange to have your bartenders to open appropriate amounts of bottles, we do not provide corkscrews
Gratuities
No set percentage of gratuities are added to the invoice; however, gratuities for our staff would be very much appreciated; please affix to final payment.

Additonal Information
Dinner floor will be ready for guest entrance one hour prior to designated dinner time, not one hour prior to cocktail hour. If you wish an earlier set up, this can be arranged through our office.

Our staff are not on-site to the end of the evening; this can be arranged through our office at an additional cost.

Dinner must be served within ten minutes from the stipulated time. A charge for delay will be added to invoice.

If our staff are delayed because of lengthy programs, presentation or speeches, customers will be billed appropriately.
